Lilita has spent over two decades in the world of accounting. Before joining Numeri, she ran her own small firm, wearing every hat in the business and learning the value of hands-on leadership. Today, she’s one of our Executive Board Members and CEO, driven by a passion for challenges, clarity, and results.

With 65 people on her team, Lilita says her biggest challenge and her biggest joy is placing the right people in the right roles.

Juozas is a numbers guy, but also a leader who understands the power of people. His path spans airlines, retail, and CFO roles, but what truly excites him is building strong teams and solving real-world problems.

Now leading a team of nearly 30 accounting pros, Juozas thrives on structure, communication, and shared ownership.

When he’s not improving onboarding flows or streamlining processes, you’ll find Juozas at the gym, fishing by the water, or spinning classic vinyl a quiet passion that keeps him grounded.

Kadri joined Numeri after 20 years in the coffee industry, where she led finance teams at the Paulig Group. What drew her to Numeri? A chance to lead transformation, foster growth, and be part of something meaningful.

Today, Kadri oversees part of our 120+ strong team in the Baltics, with a special focus on Estonia. Her leadership is built on empathy, transparency, and an unwavering belief in the power of being present.
