Jeļena has been working with the MONEO accounting system since 2024 and during this time has mastered it so successfully that she also serves as Numeri internal support for system-related questions. THE FIRST MONEO GO CONNECTION IN NUMERI PRACTICE
In January 2026, Jeļena set up the first MONEO GO connection for a Numeri client - the Pharmacists' Society of Latvia (LFB). The implementation process was simple and quick, taking just a few minutes in total. “By joining the system, the Pharmacists' Society of Latvia gained access to all historical transactions recorded in the accounting system, the client began issuing invoices themselves and at any time can view up-to-date information on invoice payments and delays.” Jeļena highlights a key benefit, the automatic arrival of data in the system: “As an accountant, the data is loaded into the system immediately - automatically and without unnecessary actions.” The implementation of the solution has significantly improved the quality of collaboration and the changes are felt daily, as the client now has the opportunity to independently access the necessary information, while the accountant can devote more time to analysis and consultations.

What became more convenient in the day-to-day operations of LFB after starting to use MONEO GO?
“The issuing and circulation of invoices has become smoother, as there are fewer intermediaries. Of course, this also means more work for me as the office administrator, but such a system saves the team’s time overall and reduces the risk of errors or data loss. It is convenient that we can now look up information about invoices ourselves (for example, whether and which invoice has been paid) without having to ask our accountant Jeļena. For now, we still print and store invoices for the sake of clarity, but over time we hope to move towards digitalisation and save natural resources.”
What is the greatest benefit for LFB?
“Time, as work has become more efficient.”
Were there any uncertainties or challenges at the start when working with the system?
“Technical difficulties. For example, I couldn’t log into the software from my computer, so I contacted the MONEO GO support team. Although the automatic reply stated that we would be contacted within a couple of days, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response in about 15 minutes, and it turned out I simply needed to delete the so-called cookies from my computer. Initially, Jeļena was a great help with the technical side. In my opinion, the software is very clear and creating invoices doesn’t take much time once you get used to it.”
Initially, the client did not use the function for sending invoices directly from the software because they encountered an issue with invoice naming, which was not immediately resolved. However, the MONEO team identified the problem and it has now been successfully fixed.
Would LFB recommend MONEO GO to other companies?
“We recommend trying MONEO GO, as the software speeds up various work processes while also receiving strong support from the company’s accountants.”
In conclusion, Jeļena notes that the implementation of the solution has significantly improved communication with the client and collaboration is now more effective - the client has access to essential financial information, while the accountant can spend more time providing value-added services to the client.
