The accounting company Numeri, operating in the Baltics, serves clients from a wide range of industries, from technology and logistics to manufacturing and healthcare. In practice, it is evident that companies with an active and competent supervisory board evolve faster, make smarter decisions, and manage risks more effectively.
Numeri finds that the supervisory board plays an especially important role in supporting business growth in existing markets, such as Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
In summary, a supervisory board is not just a legal formality, it is a valuable partnership that helps international companies grow consistently and confidently in the Baltic region.
Numeri OÜ, which provides accounting services in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, is projected to reach nearly €8 million in revenue this year. Its team of 160 skilled accountants across the three Baltic countries ensures accurate financial, payroll, and tax accounting for more than 1,200 clients.
On May 14, 2025, at the general meeting held in Vilnius, the shareholders decided to establish a supervisory board to strengthen strategic governance and accelerate decision-making. Irina Pigozne, Inga Allik, and Ardo Ojasalu were elected as members of the board.
Ardo Ojasalu- One of the Founders of Numeri. IMG Numeri originated from the accounting department of IMG Konsultant, a company established in 1996 that provided tax and financial consulting services. Inga Allik- One of the Founders of Numeri. In 2005, the accounting department of IMG Konsultant merged with the accounting firm Dexter. Dexter Accounting, founded in 1998, focused on serving rapidly growing Estonian companies, which in turn fueled the firm's own growth.
