A BALTIC DELIVERY FRAMEWORK BACKED BY AN INTERNATIONAL NETWORK
This collaboration was delivered within the framework of Accace, a member of the Accace Circle community - an international BPO network that connects trusted local providers across multiple jurisdictions.
Through this framework, we participated in a coordinated Baltic engagement with structured project management, shared communication channels and aligned reporting expectations. The Accace Circle setup ensured consistent standards across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, while allowing each local Numeri team to execute within its own legal and regulatory environment.
Recently, Accace Circle published three separate case studies highlighting our collaboration in each Baltic country. Taken together, they reveal what it takes to deliver consistent, high-quality payroll services across borders. That is why this project to incorporate the payroll processes for a global technology and consulting company across Baltics became particularly interesting.
THE CLIENT: A GLOBAL TECH GIANT
The client is one of the world’s leading technology and consulting companies, operating globally under strict internal governance, fixed reporting formats and demanding corporate deadlines.
Although the Baltic entities are relatively small in headcount, they operate under the same global standards as the rest of the group, which meant that payroll delivery had to align not only with local compliance requirements, but also with international reporting logic and corporate process controls.
This was not a routine local payroll setup. It required consistency across three jurisdictions and the ability to adapt to group-level expectations.
Here is how we aligned global standards to local context.
In Estonia, the focus was on increasing efficiency and automation while maintaining compliance with evolving internal standards.
The engagement required reducing manual tasks, streamlining workflows and aligning reporting outputs with the client’s global structure. Close cooperation with Accace ensured smooth communication and quick resolution of operational questions.
The result was a more automated, structured payroll process that met both Estonian compliance requirements and the client’s international expectations.

Latvia presented the most technical challenges. Payment orders generated with diacritical marks were not accepted by the client’s bank, which required adjustments and alternative file preparation. In parallel, specific reporting files had to be created in formats that could not be directly extracted from the accounting system.
One of the most significant tasks was restructuring the GL file from scratch to align with group-level requirements during a broader system transition.
This required close coordination with Accace, regular follow-ups and precise execution to ensure reporting accuracy under strict deadlines.

In Lithuania, the key challenge was maintaining precision under strict corporate deadlines while handling extensive reporting requirements.
To reduce manual work and error risk, customized VBA automation tools were developed. Structured processes and disciplined internal controls ensured consistent reporting aligned with the client’s global standards.
Cooperation within the Accace Circle framework supported smooth cross-border coordination and information exchange throughout the engagement.

HOW WE CAN SUPPORT INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS IN BALTICS
Cross-border payroll in the Baltics works best when local compliance is aligned with group-level standards, reporting formats and internal controls. And when the standard setup doesn’t fit, we don’t force it - we rebuild it. File structures, reporting logic, automation: whatever needs adjusting gets adjusted until the process works seamlessly.
Numeri operates across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, delivering locally compliant payroll services aligned with international group requirements. If your organization operates in the Baltics and needs reliable payroll support across multiple countries, we’re ready to help.
We actively collaborate with international BPO partners, like Accace Circle to support companies operating in the Baltics and beyond. This networked approach allows us to combine strong local expertise with cross-border coordination whenever our clients require it.
